The next officer signs in to the same account and finds the same records. Handing over the club stops meaning rebuilding the club.
How does a migration work?
With your leadership, step by step: a full snapshot of your current records first, and we do not delete it. Then the move, then we verify the result with you. Your club cancels nothing until that check is done.
Do our volunteers need to be technical?
No. Annuaro is built for volunteer officers, not system administrators. If your treasurer can use email and a spreadsheet, they can run the club on Annuaro.
